Marvin F. Cockrell started his recording career with his debut album Steppin' Stones under the label Styletracks Records which he founded with now Jirah Records producers Dr. Seth Brownridge and Carl Watkins. He has since blossomed into a major jazz force in St. Louis with his band Focus and has continued to record some of his songs and arrange live show productions at Jirah records, In addition to assisting with keyboards on a number of our other projects.
